You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not acting under duress, undue influence, or impairment when using our Services. Accounts created by individuals lacking legal capacity will be terminated without refund.

To access gen189 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, email address, residential address, and creating a secure password. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
gen189 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify User identity, prevent fraud, and comply with regulatory requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP/e-KTP), proof of address, bank account verification, and/or selfie verification photographs. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory KYC documentation is provided. gen189 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must immediately notify gen189 customer support of any unauthorized access or security breach. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security compromise. gen189 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials due to your negligence.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of Services remains accurate and current. You must promptly update your account information if your contact details, address, or banking information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
gen189 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and approved e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment methods must be registered in your legal name and must match the name on your gen189 Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional materials. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within 3 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. You may not deposit funds originating from illegal sources, third parties, or stolen payment instruments. gen189 reserves the right to refuse deposits or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, subject to successful KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB on weekdays), though processing may take up to 24 hours during high-volume periods or for large withdrawals requiring additional verification. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed the following business day.
You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once (1× rollover) before withdrawal eligibility. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. gen189 reserves the right to request additional documentation or delay withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures, investigation of suspected terms violations, or review of unusual betting patterns. Daily withdrawal limits apply based on account verification status and VIP tier.
gen189 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer costs, for which gen189 is not responsible. You are responsible for all charges imposed by third-party payment processors.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. Promotional terms are provided at the time of offer and may include wagering requirements, time restrictions, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.
Bonus funds typically require wagering (also called "rollover" or "turnover") a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility. For example, a bonus with 30× wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Different game types contribute differently to wagering: slots usually contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. gen189 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly, colluding with other players, using betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or any other manipulative behavior designed to exploit promotional offers. Suspected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of related winnings, and account closure. gen189's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.
gen189 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. We may exclude specific Users from promotional eligibility based on previous account history, betting patterns, or other factors at our sole discretion.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market type. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). gen189 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (palpable errors in odds, incorrect event information, technical glitches) or suspected manipulation. Settlement times vary by sport; most markets settle within 24 hours of event conclusion.
Live casino and slot games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer protocols independently audited for fairness. Each game has specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages available within the game interface. Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps may apply to individual games. gen189 is not liable for losses resulting from your misunderstanding of game rules; you should familiarize yourself with rules before playing.
A bet is considered accepted only when confirmation appears in your account history and balance is deducted. gen189 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit betting amounts for any User at our discretion. If a bet is inadvertently accepted in error (due to technical issues, incorrect odds, or system failures), gen189 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
Certain games, bet types, and promotional offers may be subject to maximum payout limits. These limits vary and are disclosed in game rules or promotional terms. Standard maximum daily payout from slots is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise specified. Progressive jackpot games have separate maximum win terms provided by the game manufacturer.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gen189 and constitute material breach of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential legal action. gen189 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in investigating illegal activities.
gen189 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, failed KYC verification, or engaged in behavior detrimental to the integrity of our platform. During suspension, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or withdraw funds pending investigation.
If you believe gambling is negatively impacting your life, you may request self-exclusion from gen189 Services for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed, deposits blocked, and all promotional communications ceased. To request self-exclusion, contact our customer support team at [email protected].
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you would need to complete a new registration.
Accounts with no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. gen189 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero. You will receive email notification before any maintenance fees are applied.
While gen189 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend Services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without liability. gen189 is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Our platform integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and odds data providers. gen189 is not liable for errors, failures, or issues originating from third-party services. Game outcomes, odds accuracy, and payment processing are subject to the terms and reliability of third-party providers.
gen189 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platform will meet your expectations or that results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, gen189, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of Services shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You accept full responsibility for your betting and gaming decisions. gen189 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for your gambling losses. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of gen189 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from these Terms or your use of our Services, you agree to first contact gen189 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our customer service team. If informal resolution fails, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department for formal review.
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] including your account username, detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs or bet references, and supporting documentation. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Our decision on complaints is final and binding.
If disputes cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under Indonesian arbitration rules. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the Indonesian language. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
